Product Details

Navratri Fun Time is a printable Navratri activity pack for children aged 4 to 6 (preschool, LKG, UKG and kindergarten). It has 20 pages: a cover, 17 activity pages (including picture cards and a craft), a certificate of achievement and an answer key for grown-ups.

The pages follow the festival. Children learn what Navratri means, count diyas, marigolds and dandiya sticks, add and share laddoos, skip count at a garba, read the story of Meera's first garba night, spot the differences, find their way through a diya maze and solve a picture sudoku. A colour page follows the nine colours of the nine days (Navratri 2026: Sunday 11 to Monday 19 October), and a little science page compares heavier and lighter things and measures dandiya sticks with laddoos.

There is plenty to do away from the pencil too: a Dandiya Dash board game for two or more players (you need a dice and a counter each), 12 cut-out picture cards for a memory match game, a rangoli colour by number, and a paper toran (door garland) to colour, cut out and hang up.

Each activity page is marked Warm-up, Challenge or Expert, so a 4-year-old can start with the easy pages and a 6-year-old can go further. Some pages mix levels section by section. Children write the levels they finished on the certificate.

The pack comes in two editions with the same pages: a colour edition and a black-and-white edition with line-art pictures that children can colour in and that use less ink. Print on A4 or Letter paper.
