How to use this worksheet
Read each question aloud to your child and point to the accompanying animal picture as a hint. Ask your child to answer verbally first, then help them write or trace their answer in the space provided. Move through the questions one at a time rather than all at once, checking that they understand each animal fact before moving on. Finish by asking them to pick their favorite fact from the page and explain why.

- 1Look up one extra fact about each animal on the worksheet and share it as a surprise.
- 2Draw a picture of the animal your child found most interesting, labeling one fact about it.

- 5Visit a zoo or farm and see if your child can spot any of the animal facts in real life.
