Easter Maze Adventure: Help the Bunny Find the Carrot!

How to use this worksheet
Point out the bunny at the start of the maze and the carrot at the end, and ask your child to first trace a path with their finger before picking up a pencil. Let them explore a few different routes, noticing where the path is blocked by a wall, until they find one that connects the bunny all the way to the carrot. Once they've found the correct route with their finger, hand them a pencil and have them draw the path carefully, trying to stay between the maze walls. If there is more than one maze on the page, repeat the process for each bunny and carrot pair.

- 1Draw a simple maze on paper leading from a bunny to a carrot and let your child add their own twists and turns.
- 2Build a hopping path with paper lily pads or masking tape on the floor and have your child hop from start to finish.
- 3Hide small toy carrots around a room and send your child on a real-life bunny hunt to find them all.
- 4Talk about what other foods a bunny might like and draw a new maze leading to that food instead.
- 5Time how long it takes to solve the maze, then try a second attempt to see if speed improves.
