Learn to Write Letter L Worksheet for Preschoolers
This worksheet builds fine motor control and letter formation skills in children ages 3-5 as they trace and then independently write the capital letter L, while also identifying words that begin with the same letter. How to use this worksheet
Start by having your child trace the dotted letter L shapes with a pencil, moving from top to bottom for the first stroke and left to right for the second. Once tracing is comfortable, have your child color the pictures on the page that begin with the letter L, saying each word aloud first. Finally, have them practice writing the letter L independently on the blank lines provided, without the dotted guide. Review the finished page together, pointing to the L shapes and the L pictures one more time.
