How to use this worksheet
Point out the dotted uppercase A at the top of the page and trace the three strokes with a finger — down, down, across — before picking up a pencil. Have your child trace the dotted letter A, pausing at the point where the two diagonal lines meet at the top. Once traced, let them try writing capital A independently in the blank spaces provided. Finish by naming an A word together, like apple or ant.
