How to use this worksheet
Prepare the watercolor paint on a mixing plate, thinning it slightly with water so it's easy for a small thumb to pick up. Show your child how to dip just their thumb into the paint and press it firmly onto the ends of the tree branches to make a leaf shape, lifting straight up rather than dragging. Encourage them to keep going until the branches look full of leaves, and let the painted tree dry flat before displaying it.
