Wh- Wheel Worksheet: Question Formation Fun!
This wheel activity helps children ages 4-6 practice forming questions using the five 'wh-' words — what, when, where, who, and why — a key building block for both conversational language and reading comprehension. How to use this worksheet
Cut out or prepare the wheel and place it where your child can spin or point to a section, then roll the die to select which 'wh-' word to use. Help your child form a complete question using that word and the picture or prompt shown on the wheel, saying it aloud together. Take turns answering each other's questions in full sentences, then roll or spin again to practice a different 'wh-' word.

- 2Write down a few of the questions and answers together in a simple notebook to reread later.
