About Me Worksheet: Learn About Yourself!
This 'About Me' worksheet helps children ages 3-5 build self-awareness and early identity vocabulary by prompting them to describe their name, family, favorites, and feelings. How to use this worksheet
Sit with your child and read each prompt on the page aloud, one at a time. For prompts your child can write, let them attempt the words or letters themselves, even if the spelling isn't perfect. For prompts about favorites or family, encourage your child to draw a picture if writing feels too hard, and you can label the drawing for them. Finish by reading the whole page back to your child so they hear their own answers as a complete story about themselves.
