How to use this worksheet
Begin by looking closely at the worksheet's day and night scene and asking your child to point out clues that tell them which is which, like the sun, moon, or stars. Read each fill-in-the-blank sentence aloud together and help your child choose the correct word to complete it. Move on to the true-or-false statements, reading each one slowly and having your child decide and mark whether it's true or false. Finish by coloring the picture, talking about the colors that make sense for a daytime sky versus a nighttime sky.
