How to use this worksheet
Have your child trace the letter L along the dotted lines, saying 'down, then across' to describe its two straight strokes. Have them trace the letter L again on the practice lines provided, working toward writing it independently. Look at the pictures on the page together, saying each name aloud, and have your child color the ones that start with the letter L. Finish by having them try writing L freehand a few times on any blank space available.
