How to use this worksheet
Look at the pictures at the bottom of the page together and say each one's name slowly and clearly, listening for the long 'e' sound. Have your child cut out each picture carefully using child-safe scissors. Sort through the pictures together, deciding which ones have the long 'e' sound, then have your child paste those pictures into one of the boxes on the page, leaving out any pictures that don't match the sound.

Tips for parents and teachers
