How to use this worksheet
Look at the three column headings together — J, U, and O — and say a sample word for each one aloud. Have your child cut out the pictures at the bottom of the page along the dotted lines. One at a time, ask them to say each picture's name slowly, listen for its beginning sound, and decide which column it belongs in. Glue each picture into its correct column, then review the finished sorting together, reading each column's words aloud as a group.
