How to use this worksheet
Look at each shape on the page with your child and have them name it before tracing, like 'circle' or 'triangle.' Guide their pencil along the dotted outline of each shape, noticing out loud how the motion changes between curved and straight-edged shapes. Let them finish tracing one shape fully before moving to the next rather than jumping between several. Color each shape a different color once all the tracing is finished, naming the shapes again as they color.
