How to use this worksheet
Point out the dotted uppercase Y and lowercase y and trace the shape with a finger — two short diagonal lines meeting, then a line continuing down for the lowercase version. Have your child trace the dotted letters on the page, noting where the lowercase tail dips below the line. Let them practice writing Y independently on the provided lines afterward. Finish by talking about yogurt and other Y words, like yarn or yo-yo.
