Feelings Worksheet: Draw the Faces!
This worksheet builds emotional literacy by having children draw a face expressing a specific feeling named in a word bubble, such as happy, sad, angry, or surprised. For three- to five-year-olds, practicing how to represent an emotion visually helps them build the vocabulary and self-awareness needed to name and talk about their own feelings, a key early social-emotional skill.

How to use this worksheet
Read the word in the first bubble together, like 'happy' or 'sad.' Look at the example face on the page to see how that feeling might be drawn — the shape of the eyes, the curve of the mouth. Have your child draw their own version of that expression in the blank face outline. Continue through each feeling word on the page, talking about what makes a face look that way before your child draws it.
