How to use this worksheet
Begin by having your child trace the model letter Aa at the top of the page, both the capital and lowercase forms. Next, move to the letter grid and have them scan carefully, circling every Aa they find among the other letters. Then look at the picture section together, coloring the apple and circling any other pictures that start with the letter A. Finish by reviewing everything together, saying the /a/ sound each time.
