How to use this worksheet
Read each sentence together as it's originally written, and ask your child to spot which letters should be capitals — the very first word, plus any proper nouns like a person's name. Have your child rewrite the sentence on the line below, capitalizing the correct letters as they go. Read the corrected sentence aloud together afterward to double-check it now starts with a capital letter and that any names are properly capitalized.
