How to use this worksheet
Begin with finger tracing over the dotted letter M so your child feels the two peaks and valleys of the shape before using a pencil. Once comfortable, hand them a pencil to trace the same dotted path, encouraging slow, controlled strokes rather than speed. Point out the pictures on the page, naming each one and asking your child to listen for the /m/ sound at the start. Finish by having them color in only the pictures that begin with the letter M.
