How to use this worksheet
Read through each activity section and gather the simple materials listed, like letter chits, paper, and everyday household items. For the word-building activities, use letter blocks or chits to physically form CVC words, having your child sound out each letter before blending them together. For the storytelling activity, read a simple story aloud and ask your child to retell it in their own words, and for the color-mixing activity, let your child observe and describe the changes as colors blend.
