How to use this worksheet
Cut out the exercise cards together before starting, since scissor practice is a bonus step here too. Shuffle the cards and have your child pick one without looking. Look at the picture on the card together and figure out which dinosaur-themed movement it shows — a stomp, a roar-and-stretch, a hop. Have your child perform the exercise for a set count (you can count aloud together), then pick the next card and repeat until the deck is finished.
