How to use this worksheet
Start by tracing the word 'want' together, saying it aloud each time your child's pencil completes the word. Move to the coloring and word-hunt sections, where your child finds and colors the word 'want' among other similar-looking words, and separately finds the word 'had.' Next, have them connect the individual letters in order to spell 'want,' then use the word to fill in the blank of a simple sentence. Finish with the cut-and-paste section, reassembling the letters of 'want' into the correct order and gluing them into place.
