How to use this worksheet
Read the first sentence aloud together, leaving a pause where the blank appears, and ask your child what word is missing. Have them write 'on' in the blank space, then read the completed sentence back together to confirm it makes sense. Move to the picture section, where your child looks at a few images and circles the one that shows an object positioned 'on' another object. Continue through the remaining sentences and pictures, encouraging your child to explain their picture choice out loud.
