How to use this worksheet
Point out the two long vertical sides of the ladder first and have your child trace those before moving to the rungs. Guide them to trace each horizontal rung one at a time, working from the top of the ladder to the bottom, or bottom to top, in a consistent direction. Encourage a steady pace rather than rushing through each short rung. Once the ladder is fully traced, color the scene together and talk about climbing up or down.
