KS1 Letter Tracing Worksheets (Ages 5–7)
KS1 letter tracing worksheets are practice sheets for children aged 5–7 in Key Stage 1 (Years 1–2) in the UK. Letter tracing is following the dotted outline of a printed letter with a pencil, in the correct stroke order, to learn how it is formed. Going straight from tracing to unaided writing skips the stage where the hand practices the shape without the dots doing the steering, which is usually where the error creeps back in.
