Year 1 Handwriting Worksheets (Ages 5–6)
Year 1 handwriting worksheets are practice sheets for children aged 5–6 in Year 1 in the UK. Handwriting is forming letters and numerals by hand with consistent size, spacing and shape, moving from single letters to legible sentences. The sheets on this page cover consistent letter formation, sizing and spacing letters on a line, joining letters for cursive and legible sentence writing.
